Ahh, Essays…a wonderment of every english student’s dream…..time for essays! Well, Mr.Keleher needed a volunteer to type up the essay notes breakdown, to be put up. Well, since I can blog my arse off….might as well throw my hands up. heheheheh. So, he was asking the class, where were they from and what subjects would be good as essay topics. He also mentioned that you have to formulate 10-20 questions pertaining to the topic, you chose. These questions would help you build your essay. As I sit here playing the role similiar to a court transcriptor, I was trying to figure out what subject would be good enough for me to be able to make 10-20 questions from that you would ask your partner. He also had asked each person in the class write on a piece of paper, their name and the three subjects they would choose.
Now, as I was figuring which one,…Mr. keleher discussed with the class, how would we go about picking partners……then the thought doned on him that we have an even number of international students and U.S. students in the class. So, he did one pile international students and US students. Then, he broke it down between the two, which one would have similiars interests to be paired up with. I get paired up with a Puerto Rican name Luis. I know a little about Puerto Rico, but where my father’s family is from (Cuban), there is still contrasting differences.
So myself and Luis get together and we discuss the topics that we think it would be best to be able to ask each other. So I chose Love & Marriage in P.R. He chose “SPORTS”. I love sports, but I am trying to figure out how is he going to write an Essay about sports in Georgia.
*Sigh* We’ll see how this turns out.
